Well, I would say you shouldn't really have gotten angry. I mean, I would want a refund too but on school trips, refunds aren't allowed. & it must've caused a lot of trouble to have to change everything up after they've already booked it. So, I think they shouldn't of refunded it, but hey, it's their choice. Like, I would want one too if my friends weren't going, I'm just saying on most trips, they don't refund you because it's a lot of trouble.

What parents say goes, in my school... The board is full of parents, and there are weekly meetings. I must say though, I get very frustrated with the payment system at our school. It takes too long, and it wastes time answering stupid questions. Grrr. Not happy Jan :(
