Yes, but they still keep backup files for the hosts references with tracks of ip.
And if necessary the host and ask to access them files to find what they need.
They use this for proof against:

• Plagarism
• Pornographc & Vulgar Material which is unsuitable for web use.
• Other offencible items uploaded.

Well I have a backup of tehupload but im not sure how old it is - I know its got the database and files :p

I had a quick rummage through my backups directory and I found tehuploads file.

This has been restored and now is online.

I think QunexHost is professional. Well run and I get support when I need it. No waiting times and server is hardly down for me.

Do you have a thing for your uptime?

Uptime : 98.341%
Uptime including maintenance : 100%

I am with them but do not have an uptime monitor. In the months (3 or 4) I have been hosted with them I have experienced NO downtime.

I agree, its there server that crashed or whatever so its their responsibility as far as im concerned.
