Happened to me was fighting this guy in dharoks and he had like half hp left then randomly died :|

same thing happend to me but only lost black chaps. i was on 12hp he hit me 1 and i died :/

Been happening to NPC's for a while, i have 1 at half health (more than i can hit in 1 go) and it dies.

theres always glitches after an update..
