I've managed to translate it.

Well I went out last night drinking, my aim of going out that night was to try and date a certain girl, I wouldn't admit to this because I'm always on about respect for women. Later that night we did end up dating and everyone knows and keeps on saying I go out with her. I lost my ipod though and I also lost my friends money so he had to stay in. While I was going home I fell out the car and ended up speaking to some chavs with my friends. I was totally drunk by this time but I managed to make it to my friends house. [...] What an amazing night.

I don't understand the bit about being blocked? But I feel that I did a damn good job there.
