yeh hes doing well in life just now thenthe mortgage kiks in when hes older his minimum wage or just above minimum wage cant ahndle it and bam hes out in the streets unless he plans to be living with his parents rest of his life better getting a back up solution eg qualification so if your dream job fails you have back up to find another good job

Yeah i totally agree with you there, It's better to get on the property ladder earlier than later though. But think about it you will have a car before everyone else in your year, and you will be showing off, but they will have a house before you :PQuote:
