No it is not. Don't exaggerate.

In a way, they are the same because your insulting someone because of what they are, and that goes both to racism and homophobic comments, so they should be punished both the same.

they punish everything in the rules to the nearest cm cubed. if its not in the rules theyll run away.

Your gay, thats gay, its just another teenage insult.. that is used to insult lightly.. you shouldn't take offense to things like that.

If someone said something like "I hate you because your gay", thats bad. Or "don't talk to me because your gay/stay away from me"

Lol i dont think there are many gays in the village though :)
