Errr, I've got none lol.
I believe the criteria is:
- per email
- per password
For example two of your acc's with the same email, first will recieve it. Two of your acc's with the same password, first will recieve it. Thats how its worked for me anyway.
Yes its done by email, ive got like 3-4 lots so far just with accs with diff emails. :)
Got 2 lots on same email and both had same pass.

Well I just did that Forgot Username thing and put in my email, about 50 accounts came up, logged into them all and did it, most of them have the same password too <3
I'm just going to go through all my accounts.
