Usually a perm / ip if you stack.

It's not allowed as it's poster scripting.

Scripting is against the Habbo way.

Eh, MOD-Noct just puts them back on the walls. But you'll raise the chance of being banned if you go around showing it to people. But it is fun to put like a poster above the wall and then look at all the people go "ooh" and "ahh". Lol.
