Rate and slate - Need advice on how to improve it

i like the hollies behind!!

remove the no ripping, as nobody will rip it anyway.

It just looks a bit dull

can't no1 improve it?

i think for a forum banner it is too bussled. to many different colours and pictures all in one. perhaps a simple colour but on a new layer have habbo things there but make the layer semi opaque so the habbo pictures are basically ghosts. i think the whole banner needs re making. just try some basic colours together with one or two pictures

I don't like the furni on it, put the habbos in an isometric position, remove the enlarged small habbo, and remove the holly wall.

I lol'd at the way you put "no ripping" all over it, you really think someone's going to want to rip something like this? It'd take... what? 5 mins tops?
