Got my GCSE Mock results XD

Well no. Coursework has to be considerd too.

I wouldn't get too caught up with Mock Results. Just see it as an idea of progress. You normally will get higher in your real exams, and most teachers mark you down in mocks so as not to get your hopes up!

But that doesn't mean stop working.

I was predicted all C's and D's. I got all C's in mocks
and in reals got 3A*'s, 6A's, 2B's

so, if your dissapointed dont be disheartened, work hard on coursework and still work hard in lessons, dont get complacent, and nothing is impossible ;]

yh everyone i know dey only mocks :P i was only postin wot i got

The marks for grades change every year, so you may achieve higher or lower grades in ur final gcses.

And your nerves will likely get the better of you in ur final gcses also affecting your grades.


Don't mean to burst your bubble but it's just a reality check before you get your hopes too high on your mock results.

GCSE grade lines changes each years, how many you marks you need for 'x' grade i mean. Along with often theres always some mistake either marking or cheating which downgrades eveyones work. :]

got 6/8 of my mock results back so far :)

ict - A
food - A
drama - A
maths - B
sociology - B
english - B

happy with them :)! get my R.S tomorrow and science on friday.

and btw to those who are saying the grade boundries change every year, they only change the most by 5 marks so LOL no and whoever said that "your nerves will get the better of you bla bla" basically insinuating he wont do aswell LOL, the other factors of 4/5 months left to the majority of the final exams and the fact he will most likely do more revision may mean he will most likely do better than those results & the fact not everyone is you and some people can actually cope with nerves? :)!

Just because you got that grade in the mock don't think that you will get it in the exam.
