BB has always been a waste of time since S3.
Yeah, not many realise that the first series was a psychological experiment and from then on was basically a fraud, completely edited showcase of freaks. It's run its course, no one watches it anymore. If I remember correctly, Channel 4's chairman said that it would finish completely soon.
It's contracted until 2011, so I can't see it going anywhere just yet, it brings in alot of revenue for Channel 4 too.
Plus according to "The Real BB" on the Channel 4 forums, series 9 is having a re-vamped format (like BB5). Still hope yet! :D

If they want to pull in more punters, use the American Format just a bit tweaked.
I think the UK might be using the USA's "Till death do you part" theme, because at the auditions, the producers where very interested in couples etc...
yeah but when they try and make it more entertaining they go too far, and it just gets worse haha.

tbh i think it was a good idea, and also a good idea to make them singles now o.x
i dun't like the idea of the public voting out the houseguests as i'm pretty sure they do in uk but not in usa. they give us polls like who do you want back in the house, and america's player last season was great. :).
