Okay, so here is the average cost for the low level herbs that you may want to use:
Guam leaves = 450-550gp
Marrentil = 400gp
Tarromin = 650-750gp

Second Ingredients are as follows:
Eyes of newt = 3gp - Magic shop [Port Sarim]
Limpwurt roots = 600gp
Unicorn Horns = 750gp
Vials:

Water-Filled vials = 150-200gp each
They should be named water-filled viles for the price of them.. =[ You could alternatively buy them from the taverly herblore shop for a lot cheaper! But there's normally barely any there

Okay so now we'll go on to experience:
Identification of low level herbs exp.:
Guam leaf = 2.5xp
Marrentil = 3.75xp
Tarromin = 5xp
Harralander = 6xp

Completion of potions exp.:
Attack = 25xp
Anti-Poison = 37.5xp
Strength = 50xp

buy ranaars or kill chaos druids and make potions out of the things they drop ;)

Go To Edgeville Dungeon DON'T GO AS FAR AS THE SLAYER MASTER
There is a gate sort of thing to the west? Go through that you are in LEVEL ONE WILDERNESS Go to the west-ish still and you'll come up to Chaos Druids get your herbs from there and either Glory ammy -Edge Or Walk to bank ;)
