So unfair

I know this comment won't make much difference to you, but sorry to hear about what's happened, my thoughts are with you.

I can't say I've had to experience anything like this yet, so I can't truly understand what you're going through, but jeez.. that's awful, I'm really sorry to hear that. Life can be so cruel sometimes. My thoughts go out to you and to everyone involved in the sad situation.

Many people in my family have died of cancer.
