as the name 'housekeeping' maybe, you should intergrate all the site's 'mini-panels', Like

News, poll votes (But we can decide the title of it etc..), permanent shows, 'Radiospy' (Add a site's radio status to get the listener count from a diffrence site, so you know what your up against), Modification system.. :P
