Do the good old "anonymous gift".
Send her some chocolates, flowers, etc. Something she likes, put in a note, grab a poem off the net that resembles how you feel, or write one yourself. If she talks about it, go in for the kill. And when you two are alone, read the poem you put on the note to her.

I think you need to tell her how you feel. She might not realise that you love her still so she won't make a move until you do... and you're fretting about it!
I think you should do them both tbh. A gift (like Leah and Acqua said) and talk to her (like yoshi said). You can use the gift as a backup if it doesn't go according to plan! :P
It's hard,
obv being a girl, ive had the same position, uno... being told that u was being cheated on, and all that, your gf was probs jealous or summin :S.
nyways, there is no easy way to tell her u love her, and want to be together, if u is close mates then, it will be hard to get back to where u were is she still is in a bit of doubt.
u need to sit done and talk to her, and tell her, everything was made up, and shes the only1 for u, comfort her, tell her there is no1 in the world you would rather spend your time with :p
then take it easy, dont rush into something just yet, its not worth getting into it and then find out you get the same trouble ;[ it will just hurt even more...
