On any given day there are only around 5/6 announcements posted, and if you click "Announcements" all unread ones should be in bold. If you miss them, you must have been looking the other way.

Never new there was one!
That's what i mean how to people that mainly use the forum know?! Sicne 90% of the time it is: Blah blah has resigned as HxC (Example.) I only go on to the main site for rare values!
As i said above never new they had one! Last job i applied for was articles BTW i am upset by your spelling of sufficient!
I now know where to check for jobs!
i dont like it i would rather have an announce ment because i check announcements daily.
Oh get over yourself, he spelt sufficient wrong? You spelt Since wrong, and if you are going to write I its with a capital not just i.
Don't accuse Alex of Misspelling hes the only one on my MSN who actually spells words properly!:D
Anyway, on topic, I think there should be a jobs bit with opening as well as resignations and stuff because it does sometimes push important things down the list:D
As far as I care, he can accuse me of it all I like, because it's true :P I was in a rush because I had to be out of the house in 5 minutes for work, d/w I know how to spell it really ;)
What I don't understand is what exactly you're classing as an "important" announcement. If there's anything THAT important, I'm sure management can use their new hack to force people to read it. Otherwise every announcement deserves the space imo, EVERY announcement has at least 30 views so obviously some people are interested :)
Seeing as spelling is so important in this thread.
I fink it is a gr8 idea k?
Nice suggestion and I feel it really could work.
Not only having job openings announced by also any crucial modifications made to staff could be posted in the child/sub forum.
