Well, although I am for adding new sections to the forum, I am personally not an anime fan. I still say it should be implemented, and management should get on doing something that the members want.
Yes. That way they'd actually be a place to discuss it instead of anime and manga threads located everywhere, plus the haters wouldn't have to look at the threads then, so hopefully it will seperate those who do want to talk about it from those who Don't. And who knows, some people might even get into anime and manga after seeing whats posted in the forum, if one is ever made.
