Wouldn't count on a Sunday delivery. Cost a premium, most deliveries (even private couriers) are a no.


Whens a better question than where, about a month ago would've been the ideal time.

Tesco.com have it available to pre-order in time for release date.
And if you enter 'FREEDEL' as a code you get free delivery.:)

You can't even pre-order from the stores that were offering the deals at all anymore.
