I've got 40 quid stashed away for it but I haven't pre-ordered it so it'll probably be quite a hassle to get it..

It's not "nuts", that's called advertising. I haven't seen a advertisement like that for Grand Theft Auto though. I live in Ohio though, we got a big Nation Wide insurance advertisement on a building downtown. It's green paint spilling onto the street, they have a big paint can and it's running down until a car and the ground.
