The office number is not meant for querying bans or other related issues where it's simply a matter of a habbo feeling 'hard done by' by staff banning them - hence player support through e-mail.

Um lmao, if the number isn't for bans then they should say that instead of looking into it, so it obviously is for bans, and yes they are ignorant when you ring. idc though cz we pranked them like 340000000 times on skype it was hilarious
