drowning, suffocating, or being burnt to death. and failing in life / being lonely for the rest of my life
apprently drowning is quite peacful.

Flying [airplanes]. I've been on 3 trips before so flown 6 times [there and back], don't think I'll ever fly again. :l I know the risks of anything going wrong are very low, but I can't stand flying.
Ladders.
I've never fallen off of one but seeing stuff on TV and in papers of the damage people have had done to themselves from falling from one has put be off for life.
