I thought there was a easier way to do this.

I would simply do;

<iframe src="YOURBEBO/MYSPACEURL"></iframe>
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="2">

and save it as a .htm file.

Yes but then it's the same IP, so it won't count, that's just the same as me refreshing the page over and over, it wouldn't work.
