My Entry: Wear loads of sun lotion and creams to help protect your skin from UV Rays. Then wear nice bright sandles, shorts, a short sleeved shirt, sunglasses and even a hat - bright colours only though. Darkened clothing attracts the heat. If you want a quick soak but cant be bothered to go to the local pool or even buy a paddling pool of your own, wrap a fench into 4 90 degree angles so the corners all meet and join, attach a soft fabric or surface to the bottom and then fill it with water from your hose. Presto, a pool to take a quick dive on a hot summers day. :eusa_dancSurround it with sunbathing recliners and a number of small tables and umbrellas and your set for a day of paradise. :P

My entry: Basically, wear as little as possible, and stick to white clothing as dark clothing attracts the sun. If you're at school on a hot day, wear only a short cleeved t shirt, and dont pull your tie right up! Stay in the shade as much as possible, and try not to move around a lot as it will make you sweat and you'll get tired out and get even hotter.
If you're at home, if you have a pool that is perfect. Maybe make a water slide if you have a slide and a long strip of plastic, then poor some fairy liquid down it and voila. This is very fun and keeps you active without making you hot. Its very simple and cheap too. You dont have to spend hundreds on a big fancy pool or lots of ice/freezers/ice cream. So long as you have cold water, you can use your imagination. Sprinklers, water slides, Water fights, water bombs, etc are all ways to keep cool with your friends and family. BUT REMEMBER: ALWAYS WEAR PROTECTIVE CLOTHING AND SUN TAN LOTION!! :)

Well first of all drink lots of water :D

Avoid dressing in dark coloured clothing, as it attracts heat

Get loads of your mates around, and go in your garden or wherever:P, then have a big massive water fight with water balloons and water guns and everything, and that way you can keep cool and have tons of fun at the same time

My entry: If staying in England: Get a swimming pool, put freezing water in it then dive into it when the sun is at its peak hotness of the day! If the pool is not for you, you can use a nice Aqua fan which is water colour and very cooling while getting a nice tan.
If going on holiday: Suggested to go to Norway, Sweden or maybe Antartica where you may have to take an electric fire with you while being very cold :)

Eat Lots Of Ice Cream.
Drink Cold Drinks.

Open All Your Windows. Cus Then You Got Shade in Your House.
But it May Also Be Cold.

Dig a Hugee Whole In The Ground. Dig and Dig And Dig. Til Its a Big Enough Place For You And Your Friends. And Then Put Umbrellas Up Covering The Hole. And you Will Be Cool Because One You'll Be in Shade and 2 Heat Rises..
So Go Far Underneath Ground As Possible.

have big water fights.

wet ur clothes and go outside. cus then the sun will heat ur clothes up and dry them before heating u up :)

If you have a fan turn it on full blast, eating ice cream/sorbet.

And SUMMER is a great time to loose weight, eating cool salads & going out to parks and beaches.
Make sure to put on high SPF sun lotion.
And keep hydrated.
Great ways to keep cool are going swimming..
And when you've been in the sun for a while and you sit in the shade.
Is the best feeling ever :)
