They aren't saying anything "awful"? They are saying they have identified a threat and they are dealing with it as best they can. Extremist Muslims are a threat. Since 9/11, the global terror network has become increasingly active and nowadays even Average Joe Muslim who is exposed to extremism is capable of trying to make things go boom.
Don't get me wrong, it's only a small majority of people within a massive religion but the problem is still there. If we simply ignored that problem because of the fear Muslims may be offended by it, then we would be well and truly ******!

What are you talking about? Of course the police would automatically suspect you! That's obvious. You have form and you are hanging around a scene where someone was attacked. No they're not going to ask you anything :rolleyes:.
The Swiss have every authority to start accusing, I have a sneaky suspicion the Swiss SIS has a better idea what it's talking about than you. An important part of intelligence gathering is based around the internet, where "chatter" in regard to attacks planned for the future can be found. This chatter is what often begins an investigation which can stop attacks. If they didn't spend large amounts on security, those extremists who want to cause as much damage as possible will exploit that lack of security and havoc would ensue. Big events need lots of security in this day and age.

Well, lets wait then until that day.

You see muslims, men or woman, search everyone nearly. Can't blame them for who they are, Muslims and Extremists are different.
