Your hilarious, and that's not what i asked i should have mentioned this but i am a bodybuilder and eating as little fats as possible (45g a day max)
Also as far as my spelling goes english isn't my first language so i'm not really bothered

Not really, GDA isnt exact. you're supposed to stay under it rather than over
its best to eat between 2000 - 2500 calories for an adult male
