if you cant get upto 4Mb now i dont think its worth changing (correct me if im wrong)

At least neartly everyones above 1mb, im on like 400kbps

Very smiliar, we must live in a pretty good area for the ISP. Also mine was done while watch an HD Movie online and was using my MB instead of iMac.
