you should've blocked your email from the screenies tbh.

When I got that email a while back you just had to reply and then they unbanned the account

If they are not willing to unban you, they won't send that email.

You just need to reply with what you learnt from the ban.

did you really learn anything from your ban because all I see you doing was ranting on posting negatively.

When did you reply to the email dated 2th April? and was it before or after you rang the offices?

I replyed the day after i got the email and i rang the offices last week friday because nothing has happend between that time when i replyed to the email

Firstly, toled isnt a word.
Secondly, sometimes habbo need a bit more time to reply?
when i was triyng to get an old account back , i wont go into it because itll take forever, they did all the emails like old emails on the account, things used to buy credits ect. ect.
like 2 months later they replied with a new password. Give it time :)
