Starter furni now tradeable

Well i'm sure the chairs are tradeable, lol.

EDIT: Only ones tradeable are: Lamps, Rugs and Chairs.

Very weird lol, might try it later.

It makes sense, the ones in catalogue are tradeable, others arn't.

The tables arn't tradeable because they arn't in catalogue I suppose..
