Yeah, that's the cause of most deaths when taking E.
I remember watching a "safety" video about it in like year 8. xD

I watched a video about Leah Betts who took it and drank too much water after it. I think she died the same way Leah explained earlier in the thread... Shame :(
OMG My science teacher always says about this leah betts
and then people look at me and im like aite. ;)
she said she knew her omg what a liar.
wow talk to frank basicly sums up my friday night.
anyway, thanks to all - i feel fine now but i think i'll stick to less powerful stuff now, haha :P
too right, yeahh you sort-of do drown yourself because basically it makes you thirsty and it makes your pituitry gland secrete ADH (anti dihuretic hormone) which basically stops you weeing so then all the water stays in your body and your brain swells and causes you to die. Just be careful that you wee out 2/3 of what you drink
lmao everybody knows about poor leah betts! :P
Have you gone to the toliet?, Usually when you start a come down you usually pee to get rid of the chemicals as when you take e's you cant go to the toliet as it blocks thats why its not advised to drink water FAST or in large amounts, rashning water out is the best way.
IF you have gone to the toliet you are safe, its most likely your drunk water when you was up (high & off your face LOL) that when you went to the toliet it all came out so you body has a lack of water which makes you want to drink more :)
I know this stuff because I used to take e's all the time but stopped awhile back.
Actually no you shouldn't be feeling dehydrated 24 hours later, and if you were doing it right to begin with you wouldn't have felt dehydrated in the first place. It does dehydrate you, yes, but often you don't notice and that's the danger - that people don't know and pass out from a lack of liquids. More common than this is the case of people drowning themselves because they know they're meant to keep fluid levels up and drink too much (if you're drinking cold drinks you could also give yourself pnuemonia because of the differences in sweating and intake heats), but you wouldn't usually notice the loss of fluid, and certainly not 24 hours later. It's likely placebo style; you knew you were meant to keep drinking so you made yourself believe that you had to.
I stopped doing e a while ago. It was good for like dances where the beats were good and you could dance all night long, but other than that.. I remeber my first time I did it my friends were all like water break Ashton, I was thirsty for a good 12-18 hours after the initial effects wore off. When I do e I can't sleep? Anyone else experience this?
