That's usually lag. I had the same thing happen. It just appears that they are going up because the connection is trying to catch up.

Same applies. I wasn't sure if it was a worldwide or region update

I updated my wii, it stops me from modding my Wii, and i dont want to wreck my wii so now i cant mod it, i wont wreck it :D
