My birthday was in April but i haven't got off my *** to start learning yet. I'm hoping to have 4/5 lessons a week for 4 or 5 weeks, and hopefully pass in August / September! :D

A28The Public Consultation is open for 16 weeks, closing on September 9, 2008. Once the results have been collated and considered by ministers in parliament it will take at least 9 months thereafter for the changes to take effect.

No one really decides the prices of lessons as a whole, it's done by the school or independent teacher. Some charge more, some charge less. It's going up a bit with petrol prices at the moment, if anything :PQuote:
