Reputation Removal (Not asking for one)

I'm not that bothered about what happened, but i was curious about whether it was possible that's all. His RP was only 1.

No, because you rep people too much, I had 2 from you in space of 8days or summet so you repped 50+people between them days.

I only +rep if it is worth it, as in a GOOD post.

The admin should really notice the same user is constantly -repping pointlessly and should deal with the user appropriately.

I like Joshuar's idea although people would complain the reputation is still there though. Although i dont tend to get many same pointless reputations so it doesn't effect me majorly.
