Oh yea I forgot to say, just wash it everyday as well because if you clean it as often as possible it also reduces the amount of time it might stay :)

Well imo i think im just normal. No acne, just a few yellow head on my hairline and i got the odd one or two on my nose now and then. I have **********d more than usual this week? like 13 times this week where as i usually ********** 7 times a week.. LOL SOZ just cracked up at that
