I'll keep a note of them sites anyway, for future reference. They do look quite nifty I must admit.

Sony Walkman for around £70-100 at certain shops.

They are 8gb and very good screen.

They're great little gadgets for the money. They're not made by chinese pirates either, CECT (makers of my iphone clone) and Newsmy (made the mp4 player) are the biggest phone and PMP manufacturers in china respectively, much like Nokia and Apple over here. Side by side some of them stand up very well feature wise and they have nice longevity too. But I'm hijacking this thread to plug chinese mp3 players :P

Just a thought, have you tired ipods on ebay?
