School compared to in Portugal.

This year I finished 5th June for GCSE's and go back on September 1st, starting lessons 2nd.

then you learn to deal with it. you learn more skills in the mean time as well

Woah the 18th is really late to be going back. Unless your on a college course or something? Doesnt school usually restart at like the 5th September or something? Cant remember lol :P

Mine starts at 9, ends at 25 past 3.
Hour and 20 mins for lunch/break :)

6 weeks summer, 2/3 weeks christmas, 2 weeks easter, 1 week half terms.
Up to year 13 (6th form)

Its not late for me, I've always gone back on the 18th september. Now Im in year 10, *well when im in school on september 18th* ill have my first year in secondary school

When do you start secondary school in UK, year 10 too?

Mon - Fri, 9 - 3.20

6 Weeks off in Summer
2 Weeks off at Christmas
2 Weeks off in Easter
3 Weeks of half term (February, May, October)

Summer holiday: Mid July - End August

And in my area, you go to three schools:

Ages: 4 - 11 (Reception - Year 6)
Ages: 11 - 14 (Year 7 - Year 9)
Ages: 14 - 19 (Year 10 - 14)
