How to improve this layout?

I hired someone to make me an layout for 15 quid.
All coded and everything.

So scrapped this layout.

good plan

Points;

• Get rid of the font.
• Use more colour.
• Pink is horrid.
• Rubbish gradients.
• Needs fun pictures.

But the layout is now scrapped. And i hired someone to make me an layout for 15 quid.
