I missed out the CS yes I know although when I found out I couldn't re-edit so I left it. Secondly, the ones in bold are for values and they are all in the default colour although it is just bold. The thinner ones are for comments.

Good 1st report, keep it up and I can't wait to see more from you.

Btw Iamme, the report doesn't have to be perfect. We do these to get an idea of what the person would be like in the department and how they understand the rare market. :)
