Correct, Spawning any vehicle does not block any achievements in the game or 100%. They where the only cheats I used.

Spawing cars is a good way to get the Chain Reaction and Rolled Over achievemetns

GTA4 is a must have if you have a 360, easily one of the best games out for it.

Erm.. no i'm not, yeah okay I get it you do not like the game. But you can't say it's terrible, there are alot of games worse than this out.
