Video doesn't work for me either.

Althought it looks really good from the image you've posted, but it looks identical to the tutorial, maybe change a few more things.

Ye the video does not work right i moves a bit then stops...

If it doesn't work, go to IE, then once it gets to 100% refresh page, the vid player controls don't work - the video does!

Doesn't work for me either.

But, the first bit loaded and worked, then nothing so it was basically just an still and the bar bit didnt move along.

Looks great though, by the preview you uploaded (image).
