:O Why does KFC never give the customers the bottle of pepsi you get with most buckets? Everytime we drive away we always realise that we should have a pepsi or sometimes it happens when we're at home. I bet you all keep it for yourselves and have a giggle about it! Or part of the code of conduct is something like this: "#6 Always forget to give the customer there pepsi, this can save us up to 10 million a year."

in the kfc i work, if u ring in and tell them what you ordered and what they forgot, you get your whole meal replaced with complementary rolo icecream.
No receipt needed.
Once these people rang beause they didn't get the cooling sauce with the hotrods, and got a full hotrod bucket and icecream for free
