I have no sugar in my coffee.

3 Normally. But when someone makes it for me I ask for 2.

I have 3, don't really drink tea much though.

Personally, I Quite like 3-4 tablespoons of pure coffee without milk or sugar but with tea I range from 0-4 sugars depending on my mood.
