you can technically get it when you turn 16 as iirc it's the same one for mopeds, I got mine when I was 16 and a half despite not driving a moped.

Instead of asking everyone on here as no one seems to be particularly certain, look on the DSA website, thats where it will tell you if any changes have taken place, and it will also be accurate.

Still 17 and will be for a long time.

They are thinking of changing it if you are born in 1992 onwards.. but i doubt that will come into place :P

in singapore its 18 but theyre changing to 21 after this year
