Its just badly bruised, bruise has come out now and covers like 75% of the side of my right hand lol

I did something like this a few weeks ago but it wasn't a metal piece I hit, it was a solid wall :P Put ice on it to ease down the swelling :)

god my sisters such a ***** she slapped me for talking during hollyoaks so I said **** off and she squeezed my hand as hard as she could ******* ***** she'd probably of done it if I'd broken my hand or something cos shes mentally ill well I think she is :D

It was the first 2 days I did it, its easing off and only hurts when I touch of try to open bottles etc....

Simple answer really if you can move it then it's probably just bruised if not then get an X-ray to be sure.
