I've never had that, I don't think so anyway. I think it's to do with display modes. If you press display mode, which is below the banner on the far right, that might change it but I donno.

I see it too but can't explain it either, how weird.

I don't know what skins you guys are using because it's fine for me and i'm using the Non-Habbo Dark Skin

Thats Hybrid mode. If you want it without that go to Linear mode. (See post above)
