Auctioneer, Recount and Carbonite when I'm not trying to cut down on add-ons for raiding.
I don't really have an interface, they all seem to be based around clickers - which I'm not. :( So I just have everything standard, with bottom left and bottom right action bars active & bound to ALT + 123, ALT + QERTY - nice and clean. :)
