In the achievements there are Mythic Skulls, I'm guessing more to the storyline but it's "Mythic".

My theory - Maybe its reinforcements dropping in to find master chief on the planet that it showed him going towards in the cargo bay of the ship? And the mystery is that covenents are either based on that planet or other things?
