The logos are very similar. I'm not sure what the gold hotel is for, maybe on the hotels anniversary or something.

The tree goes after you have logged in. Then you have to wait another 5+ says for it to grow again

I'm not sure because if you see on the first picture it also has the star one. I wonder when we shall know!
