If You have completed Legends Quest then it is fairly fast to Mine just East of Ardy and back in the Legends Guild. There's only one thing, are you worthy enough to complete the Legendary Quest?

underground goblin mine underneath lumberbridge is pretty darn fast in my opinion. Bad is that its underground so its darker. Just not as pleasent, but I think its fastest there.
