Im doing all of the technical stuff. I can code PHP pretty well ^^

I can do skins for the auction software im producing ^^ :P So it wont be too much hassle to get it set up.

Leave that lot to me. If your looking for the Co-ownership job, its a paying job, and its basic looking after and maintaining the site which includes checking/moderating the auctions that are currently active and dealing with issues like people not paying and reversing auctions etc.

Also the Co-Owner will play a big role in recruitment ;)

Yeah, but i think it would be better if you took a little bit of the money.

What projects of mine have gone to fall? this is my biggest project yet!

Layout Auction Site? In the style of ebay sort of thing? But for Layouts and webdesign scripts and things (Will have moderated copyright control?)
