It will show up roughly on every 5 random pages you visit. Click around the site, and look under the navigation area (where it says User CP, Blogs)

I don't think our advertisment is too flashy and distracting. In fact, I think it looks excellent with the "Retro Blue" skin. Let me know if you think it could be improved

There's nothing wrong with it, it even says in your screen shot "Want your ad here?" and so on, so not a problem :S
